Not sure where the bug lies

Ahile ago I wrote:

As it turns out, it only seems to happen with SABnzbd. Ill dig a little more to see if theres a solution, but perhaps this is simply a problem with SABnzbd (although I would hope that Growl should be able to handle an app that doesnt play nice).
